YOUR ECO-AGE.COM ORDER
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, just return the product to us in accordance with the instructions below and we’ll exchange or refund it. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

RETURNS POLICY
- Goods must be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt.
- The goods must be returned new, unused with all the tags still attached in their original packaging together with a note specifying the reason for return.
- Alternatively goods can be returned in person to 213 Chiswick High Road, W4 2DW during the office hours above.
- All correctly returned goods will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s payment card. We’ll refund any delivery charges you’ve paid.
- Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.
- When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
- The following goods may not be returned except pursuant to your statutory rights: personalised goods or goods made to customer specifications, cosmetics and toiletries, pierced earrings, lingerie, hosiery, millinery and any goods which by reason of their nature are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
1) Please include a note detailing the goods you are returning, the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
2) To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit we recommend that you send your goods to us in the original packaging provided.
3) Eco Age cannot accept responsibility for goods that do not reach us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any email or acknowledgement by us of a receipt of an order placed does not mean that we have accepted your order. The contract between you and Eco Age will come into force when you receive an email telling you that your order has been despatched.
We will validate your payment card before accepting your order. We will not accept your order if your payment card is declined during the processing of your order.
We will take reasonable care to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details but Eco Age is not liable if your details are intercepted and used by third parties through no fault of our own.
The prices shown on the website are subject to change from time to time. The prices shown against each item include VAT but do not include postage and packing charges where applicable and will be shown separately.
All the products on the website are subject to availability. If you have selected an item that is not in stock we will try to contact you as quickly as we can.
Accepted orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of the order being placed on our website except on weekends and bank/public holidays.
We will not refund any charges related to postage if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address of your order.
You may return any product to us in accordance with our stated Returns Policy.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
